At Noor Gold Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or expired, you may request a return or replacement according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We only accept return or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • The product received is leaked
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Proof of leakage, damage, or expiry
  • Your order number

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Time Limit for Claims

All return or replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong order placed by the customer
  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or discounted items

Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

  • We will send a replacement of the same product
  • The replacement will be provided at no additional cost, where applicable

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are offered for eligible claims.

Return Shipping
